Query

We have stripped women and put those images on all mediums. A scantily clad woman raises no eyebrows. It is de rigeur--to sell clothes, cars, books, conferences. The point is why haven't we done the same to men? Is it because it is men who make all the decisions or is it because they are aesthetically so unappealing that nobody wants to look at them? If there were more women who were decisionmakers, would we then have more images of close-to-nude men and fewer images of such women? Or would it be status quo?

Ummmm... Are you forgetting that there are ladies too who drool over "scantily clad" examples of their own kind? :)

Anyways, its coming soon. I AM surprised that its still not around in India, but its just a wait of another year or so.

Btw, I thought we had the huge VIP frenchie hoardings much before the advent of "scantily clad women"!

Yeah, scantily clad men in mass media are certainly around, but they are more the exception than the rule. And excpetions prove the rule. Besides "aam junta" here is just not ready for semi-nude men. I can just imagine auntyjis and unclejis disapproving and shying away from crossings which have such hoardings.

Hey,

I totally go with the idea that the reason there are no scantily clad men is that not many of them are appealing as ladies. Another point is also that they do not have much to show if u catch my drift!!

good to c u in action..Keep it up..:D

I would also like to counterject the VIP Frencie mention because that is a necessity..not a luxury..

Men are appealing as men - and not as ladies ;-) Imagine Akshay Kumar in a skirt :-O
